Young people face the challenges of unemployment more than adults. The goal is to advocate for skills, as necessary for young people to get an adequate conversion to decent work. Also, to highlight the necessity of skilled youth to address the significance of global issues.
Vocational education has been introduced to improve the situation of unemployment. It is a skill development system. A law was passed in the year of 1969, which regulates the vocational training system. The vocational education is skill-based training, provided to students through diverse courses available in several career fields such as health care, banking and finance, fashion designing, Interior designing, computer technology, and so on. The training conveyed to students focuses on providing practical exposure.
Skilled and efficient employees are the demands of every company & industry. That’s where vocational education comes into the picture. It helps students to achieve the expertise practically & theoretically in specified fields. It is also helpful for those students who are unable to cope with their academic education. This education generates skilled manpower to meet the company’s urge.
